• Direct the Mental Wellness Team's operational effectiveness

• Submit annual reports on mental health initiatives

• Ensure alignment with mental health policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Counselling
• Registered with a recognized mental health body
• Ten years of relevant direct care experience
• In-depth knowledge of First Nations cultures
• Proven ability to lead and consult effectively
