Our industrial facility in Brampton, Ontario is seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our production team. As a CNC Machine Operator in Brampton, Ontario, you will play a vital role in setting up and operating high-precision machinery while benefiting from comprehensive training, attractive shift premiums, and long-term stability in a clean manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities
- Setup and operate CNC lathe and milling machinery according to engineering drawings.

- Adjust machine programs, speeds, and offsets to maintain strict tolerances.

- Conduct first-off and in-process quality inspections using micrometers and calipers.

- Replace worn inserts, assemble parts, and maintain a clean, safe workstation.

Qualifications
Proven Machining Experience: Minimum two to five years of solid hands-on experience setting up and operating lathe and milling machinery in production.

Blueprint Reading Expertise: Demonstrated ability to read and accurately interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and engineering specifications.

Proficiency with Precision Measuring: Strong practical experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and calipers.

Demonstrated Employment Stability: A proven history of reliable employment showing commitment, punctuality, and dedication to workplace safety in manufacturing.

Solid Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written communication skills in English, along with strong manual dexterity and familiarity with power tools.

Safety Awareness: Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, overhead crane operation assets, and a proactive attitude toward safety and housekeeping.
