Senior Incident Response Security Engineer

Strengthen incident response, detection engineering, and cyber resilience as a Senior Security Engineer at Dye & Durham. Improve security operations across cloud and on-premises environments.This senior cybersecurity position supports incident investigations, response planning, and security control optimization. You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners while improving monitoring, escalation, and communication processes. Risk assessments, compliance support, and technical collaboration are central to the work.Key Responsibilities:
Maintain incident response plans, playbooks, and communication protocolsCoordinate security incident investigations with stakeholders and partnersContribute to detection engineering, log correlation, and monitoringConduct security risk assessments and recommend mitigationsMentor security team members and key stakeholdersRequirements:
Seven or more years of progressively responsible cybersecurity experienceStrong understanding of threat detection and incident responseExperience with endpoint, cloud, web application, and email securityExperience supporting audits, compliance, and security risk assessmentsAbility to communicate, influence, mentor, and collaborate effectivelyBring incident response, threat detection, risk assessment, and stakeholder leadership to Dye & Durham’s cybersecurity team.
