Senior Project Manager - Platform Administration Lead

Infosys is seeking an experienced Platform Administration Lead with Management Experience.In this role, you will manage, secure, optimize, and support enterprise Databricks environments across cloud platforms. You will be responsible for workspace administration, cluster management, security governance, cloud integrations, platform monitoring, automation, and operational support. Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Calgary, AB or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Define and implement enterprise platform architecture for cloud, data, integration, and analytics platformsExperience with platform automation, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelinesKnowledge of cloud security, networking, and identity managementLead and mentor platform administrators and engineers across multiple technology stacksManage platform operations, incident management, and change governanceCollaborate with enterprise architects, development teams, and business stakeholdersDefine and implement enterprise platform architecture for cloud, data, integration, and analytics platforms.Design scalable, resilient, and secure platform solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.Establish best practices for platform architecture, governance, and security.Lead technology roadmap and platform modernization initiatives.Implement network architecture, identity management, security frameworks, and cost optimization strategies.Proven experience as Platform Architect / Solution ArchitectTechnical leadership and stakeholder managementExperience designing enterprise-scale platform architecturesHands-on knowledge of Azure and Databricks Admin.Ability to lead multi-technology platform teamsEstablish platform monitoring, observability, and automated alerting frameworks.Drive automation through Infrastructure-as-Code / Terraform, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.Implement capacity planning, disaster recovery, and high availability strategies.Deliver platform health metrics, risk assessments, and operational reports.Define project objectives and scope in alignment with business goals, ensuring efficient delivery in collaboration with stakeholdersBuild and maintain strong client relationships, providing regular updates to ensure alignment and transparencyDrive process improvement by reviewing project deliverables and incorporating innovative methodologies related to product research and benchmarking studies, system configurations and assessment of new technologiesIdentify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomesDevelop and manage project estimates, monitor budget performance, and optimize resource allocation for efficiencySupport the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, aligning them with client needs and organizational capabilitiesEngage in planning resource allocation, conduct performance appraisals, and facilitate professional development to enhance team effectiveLead scope changes and manage client requirements, ensuring proper estimation, approval, and contractual updatesDemonstration of strategic mindset for delivering impactful, client-aligned projectsProblem-solving expertise and ability to steer project economics and deliveryStrong relationship with mid and senior level client stakeholdersStrong leadership abilities to foster team performance and growthCommitment to cultivating a culture of learning and innovationThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
