Full Stack Support Engineer at Stripe

Join Stripe’s Support Experience team as a Full Stack Engineer. Focus on developing innovative solutions to optimize user support and engagement across platforms. In this role, you will take ownership of creating user-friendly interfaces and streamline processes that underpin Stripe's support systems. Collaborating closely with design and product teams, you will improve tools used by support staff and drive AI initiatives for better service delivery. Your technical expertise and empathy for users will guide your efforts in transforming support processes. Key Responsibilities:

Build and operate user-centric support applications
Develop new API capabilities for multiple product areas
Optimize internal tools for enhanced case resolution
Engage with teams to understand and address support needs
Champion high standards in engineering and mentorship

Requirements:

2-5+ years of full stack development experience
Experience in writing high-quality, well-documented code
Empathy for both internal and external users
Preferred skills in JavaScript (React) and Ruby
Strong problem-solving skills in a collaborative environment
