Ihre Aufgaben – spezialisiert & verantwortungsvoll
Als examinierte Pflegefachkraft übernehmen Sie die qualifizierte Durchführung der ärztlich verordneten Behandlungspflege im ambulanten Bereich.
Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt in einem klar definierten, fachlich anspruchsvollen Tätigkeitsfeld:
Professionelle Wundversorgung (akute und chronische Wunden)
Anlegen und Wechseln von Kompressionsverbänden
Richten und Verabreichen von Medikamenten gemäß ärztlicher Verordnung
Katheterpflege und Katheterwechsel
Sorgfältige Dokumentation
Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und Therapeuten
Sie arbeiten eigenständig, strukturiert und mit einem hohen Qualitätsanspruch – mit Fokus auf Behandlungspflege und ohne reine Grundpflege.
⏰ Arbeitszeiten – planbar & familienfreundlich
Fester Frühdienst
Einsatz von Montag bis Freitag
Jedes zweite Wochenende im Frühdienst (Samstag & Sonntag)
Keine Spät- oder Nachtdienste
Durch die klar geregelten Arbeitszeiten haben Sie Ihre Nachmittage und Abende zuverlässig frei. Das schafft echte Planbarkeit und genügend Zeit für Familie, Freizeit und persönliche Termine.

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft
Sicherer Umgang mit Behandlungspflege
Erfahrung in der Wundversorgung ist wünschenswert
Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Kompression, Medikamentenmanagement und Katheterversorgung
Sorgfältige und strukturierte Dokumentation
Führerschein Klasse B
Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein professionelles Auftreten
Sie arbeiten selbstständig, denken mit und legen Wert auf qualitativ hochwertige Pflege. Ein respektvoller Umgang mit Klienten, Angehörigen und Kollegen ist für Sie selbstverständlich.
Vergütung
Grundgehalt: 4.506,66 € brutto pro Monat
➕ 100 € monatlicher Anwesenheitsbonus
Gesamtvergütung bei voller Anwesenheit: 4.606,66 € brutto
Zudem erwarten dich 35 Tage Jahresurlaub sowie 4 weitere Tage Sonderurlaub.
Die Vergütung ist fest kalkuliert und leistungsorientiert aufgebaut. Der Anwesenheitsbonus honoriert Zuverlässigkeit und planbare Einsatzbereitschaft.
