Reporting directly to the Maintenance Operations Manager, this permanent position involves forecasting maintenance requirements and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations. Candidates should have at least four years of aircraft maintenance experience, along with a background in maintenance planning. Your role is vital for maintaining aircraft efficiency and coordinating workloads. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop maintenance projections to optimize operations
- Coordinate necessary tools and materials for maintenance tasks
- Schedule work packages in compliance with regulations
- Manage budgets and forecasted hours for planning purposes
- Facilitate communication with Operations for aircraft scheduling
- Diploma or degree in Aviation Maintenance is preferred
- Over 4 years of Aircraft Maintenance experience
- Supervisory experience in maintenance planning is a plus
- Familiarity with aviation maintenance documents essential
- Strong computer skills in MS Office and relevant systems
