Job type: Full-time, in-person.

As a Manager of the Miners; Cafe, you empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

As the manager of the Miners' Cafe, your roles and responsibilities are essential for the smooth operation and success of the cafe. You will oversee daily operations, including managing staff schedules, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. Additionally, you will support inventory management, ordering supplies, and monitoring expenses to ensure profitability, be involved in hiring and onboarding of new staff. As a leader, you will also train and motivate staff, resolve any customer or employee issues, and implement strategies aligned to people, pie, place and enhance the overall experience at the cafe.

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 - 50.00 per week

• serving: 2 years (preferred)
