About the Opportunity
A Vancouver litigation practice is seeking an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to support its litigation lawyers with a busy and varied caseload.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare format and file pleadings affidavits and other litigation documents
Manage litigation deadlines court filing procedures and document production
Coordinate examinations for discovery mediations and trial preparation logistics
Liaise with courts opposing counsel and clients
Provide general administrative support to assigned lawyers
Qualifications
Legal Administrative Assistant certificate or equivalent experience
Intermediate-level litigation support experience
Strong knowledge of BC court rules and civil procedure
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines
Professional discreet and detail-oriented
