Review and negotiate Master Services Agreements and Statements of Work (our templates and customer forms) Negotiate data privacy agreements/data processing agreement Lead negotiations with customer’s legal and sales team Draft and negotiate current partnership and referral agreement Support renewals and ongoing partner matters (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, CrowdStrike) Identify and manage legal risks related to reseller and third‑party arrangement Develop contract templates for internally created product Ensure appropriate protections (e.g., IP, acceptable use, customer rights) are reflected in customer agreement Standardize terms and language across platforms and offering Maintain and update templates, including integrating those from acquisition Provide general legal support across various business units, including reviewing and negotiating vendor agreements, working on customer termination files, advising on risk, and assisting with a broad range of commercial and operational matters
