Lead cybersecurity strategy at CSA Group as a full-time Senior IT Manager, protecting cloud networks, systems, data, and intellectual property.This senior leadership role guides security operations and an enterprise-wide cybersecurity program. You will manage analysts and vendors, develop security policies, and collaborate with business and development teams. The position supports security by design, risk decisions, incident response, and disaster recovery planning.Key Responsibilities:
Guide Security Analysts and Managed Security Services Provider activitiesDevelop cybersecurity strategy, roadmaps, policies, and proceduresManage incident response processes, playbooks, and recovery planningDesign penetration tests, security audits, and remediation plansDefine security metrics, indicators, and service agreementsRequirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent work experienceSeven to ten years of IT security experienceAt least five years leading security operations teamsRequired CISSP certification;
CCSK or CISM preferredKnowledge of NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001, and CISApply cybersecurity leadership, strategic thinking, and security operations expertise to protect CSA Group’s information assets.
