Remote Demand Generation Manager

The Role

**This is primarily a remote role; however, candidates must be located in one of the following Provinces: Ontario, Quebec**

This role will own the engine that brings the right companies to magicplan—from first touch to qualified lead. You'll plan and execute campaigns across channels (email, paid, events, partnerships) and create the content that fuels it all.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquisition Campaigns: Plan, create, and execute multi-channel campaigns (email sequences, webinars, trade shows, paid media) that generate qualified leads.

• Content Creation: Write and produce the content that powers our demand engine—landing pages, email sequences, lead magnets, webinar decks, industry articles, and more.

• Outbound/Inbound Engine: Optimize our outbound/inbound machine. Define ICP audiences, craft messaging, and iterate based on results.

• Industry Presence: Manage relationships with industry stakeholders, coordinate events, and identify partnership opportunities in the space.

• Activation Support: Collaborate with Sales and Product to create content and sequences that accelerate pre-qualified leads toward conversion.

• Website & SEO: Contribute to our organic acquisition strategy—programmatic content, SEO/AEO optimization, and website conversion improvements.

• Measure What Matters: Own campaign execution and channel performance, track pipeline contribution, and continuously improve based on data.

Who You Are

• You've done this before.  You've worked in B2B marketing—ideally SaaS or tech—and you've run demand gen, campaigns end-to-end and created content yourself—not just briefed agencies.

• You own outcomes. You can talk about specific campaigns that moved the pipeline, channels you scaled, experiments that failed and what you learned. 

• You're a strong writer. You've created the emails, landing pages, and lead magnets yourself. You can write content that resonates with technical audiences—and you know how to use AI tools to write faster without losing quality.

• You're AI-native. You're already using LLMs (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and agent tools (e.g. n8n, Make, Zapier) as core infrastructure, not just experiments.

• You care about the details. From how a landing page loads to how a follow-up sequence is timed, you make sure things are done well, not just checked off.

• You're commercially minded. You don't get attached to campaigns that aren't performing. You double down on what drives the pipeline and cut the rest.

What Sets You Apart

• Experience in restoration, construction, field services, or insurance tech.

• Hands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g. HubSpot, Customer.io, Clay, Google Analytics) and automation platforms.

• Content creation is one of your superpowers. You've created content that resonates with specific verticals or technical audiences—you know how to speak their language.

• You've built and optimized outbound engines.
