Key Responsibilities Optimize the Qualtrics CX platform for feedback management
Design and implement omnichannel feedback programs
Analyze customer data to identify satisfaction trends
Develop actionable insights reports for business leaders
Establish closed-loop feedback workflows for metrics tracking
Requirements 3+ years in customer insights or VoC roles
Experience with CX platforms like Medallia and Sprinklr
Robust skills in data storytelling and reporting
Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
Understand CRM and BI integrations for deeper insights
