In this key role, you will help advance Parts Town’s Voice of Customer (VoC) initiatives. You will own the management of our CX platform, create listening programs, and analyze customer insights to inform critical business actions. Success will depend on your ability to turn complex data into compelling narratives that resonate with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Optimize the Qualtrics CX platform for feedback management Design and implement omnichannel feedback programs Analyze customer data to identify satisfaction trends Develop actionable insights reports for business leaders Establish closed-loop feedback workflows for metrics tracking Requirements

3+ years in customer insights or VoC roles Experience with CX platforms like Medallia and Sprinklr Robust skills in data storytelling and reporting Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines Understand CRM and BI integrations for deeper insights Bring your insights and analytical skills to enhance customer experiences at Parts Town.
