Job Summary
Looking for a position in retail where you can grow and have a work-life balance? We have the best hours in retail and a culture that celebrates diversity, encourages growth, and values every team member's well-being!

We are seeking an outgoing and experienced Part-Time Sales Associate with a passion for nature to join our retail team to work 20-30 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail setting providing excellent customer service, a desire to learn, and a team-player mentality.

• 
  Deliver outstanding customer service : Greet and assist customers, and provide expert advice on bird feeding, birdwatching, and nature-related products


• Retail experience preferred but not required


• Must have a desire to deliver high-energy customer service


• Must be able to consistently lift 20-50 lbs.


• Ability to climb a 10 foot-ladder


• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and spend extended periods on your feet.


• Comfortable with computers and able to use a computer-based POS system (training provided)

Qualifications

• Interest in the backyard bird feeding hobby, nature and wildlife is preferred but not required. We will train you!
  


• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20-50 lbs. repeatedly.


• Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will include closing and weekend shifts, and working during busy holiday periods and sales.

Compensation: $17.50 - $18.00 per hour
