Business Development Manager

Hollyburn Eye Clinic is one of the largest and most established multi-doctor optometry practices on the North Shore. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the next phase of our success.

This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, results-oriented professional who is passionate about improving operations, driving growth, and creating lasting impact within a thriving healthcare organization.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with ownership and management to identify opportunities, implement solutions, and support the clinic's long-term vision. This is a non-patient-facing role focused on operational excellence, business performance, marketing initiatives, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and implement operational efficiencies across all areas of the clinic
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics to improve profitability and performance
• Develop, refine, and maintain systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures
• Support and execute marketing initiatives to drive patient acquisition and engagement
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and organizational development initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic planning and business growth projects
• Lead projects from concept to implementation while ensuring successful execution
• Evaluate business processes and recommend innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and patient experience

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in improving systems, efficiency, and overall business performance
• Proficiency with business software, reporting tools, and performance tracking is an asset
