What you'll do:

The Grocery Supervisor will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand.

• Understanding and following Westview Co-op's Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety including all Food Safety standards
• Providing Exceptional Guest service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You're at Home Here” motto
• Lead the direction for Team Members in all areas including Performance Management, Talent Development, Engagement, Talent Acquisition, Orientation & Onboarding
• Responsible for overall safe, effective operations of the Grocery Department. This includes but is not limited to scheduling, ensuring orders are placed, Brand Standards, etc.)
• Production, packaging, and merchandising of products
• Accurate ordering and receiving of product
• Ensure high level of image and cleanliness in line with our Brand expectations
• Other projects and assignments as required

This position requires the use of equipment, as well as heavy lifting of product.

The candidate will also have the ability to work days, evenings and weekends for 32-40 hours per week.
