Automation Engineering Lead for Manufacturing Projects

Shape the future of automation in manufacturing as an Engineering Lead, specializing in life sciences. Your technical leadership will pave the way for innovative automation solutions across platforms. As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will leverage your extensive experience to design and implement automation systems. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, define project scopes, and build robust control systems tailored to specific manufacturing needs. Your role is crucial in ensuring projects meet technical and regulatory standards while delivering impactful solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements definition and site surveys
Design and implement process and utility control systems
Mentor project teams in functional and design specifications
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
Manage installation and system startup processes

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science
10+ years of experience in industrial automation
Familiarity with industrial networks and IIoT
Strong coding skills in various programming languages
Critical troubleshooting and analytical skills
