Gestionnaire de comptes d'entreprise va viser des objectifs ambitieux de revenus pour les nouveaux
clients et partenaires, tout en élargissant notre présence sur le marché des entreprises.
Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein, à distance, qui doit être basé à Québec, Canada.
Ce que tu vas faire
Collaborez de façon interfonctionnelle avec le marketing, la réussite client, les
alliances, les opérations et l’analytique pour stimuler la génération de pipeline et
dépasser les objectifs de revenus.
Accélérer la croissance et l’adoption de Fivetran sur le marché des entreprises grâce
à des cycles de vente axés sur la valeur.
Dirigez la découverte approfondie et démontrez un vif intérêt pour les défis liés aux
données de nos clients d’entreprise, identifiez les capacités requises et les résultats
d’affaires positifs pour favoriser des engagements clients à long terme précieux.
Parlez avec aisance de la vision de Fivetran à un large éventail de publics, allant des
cadres de haut niveau aux contributeurs individuels.
Cherchez et concluez des contrats avec de nouveaux comptes cibles d’entreprise,
puis cherchez à développer leur présence avec Fivetran grâce à de nouveaux cas
d’usage, des ventes croisées et de l’expansion.
Bâtir des relations stratégiques avec les partenaires afin d’identifier de nouvelles
opportunités et d’accélérer les cycles de transactions.
Prévoir avec précision et offrir une visibilité claire sur la performance des ventes et
des revenus en gérant activement et en faisant progresser les opportunités.
Compétences que nous recherchons
8+ ans d’expérience en vente de logiciels d’entreprise et en reconnaissance de
motifs bien développée pour naviguer dans des organisations complexes.
Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale, avec la capacité de tenir plusieurs parties prenantes responsables tout au long d’un cycle de vente complexe
axé sur la valeur.
Une connaissance approfondie de l’industrie moderne des technologies de données
et des acteurs clés.
Vous connaissez une approche de vente axée sur des solutions, avez de
l’expérience dans la gestion d’un processus de vente complexe et possédez
d’excellentes compétences en présentation et en écoute, ainsi que des capacités
d’organisation et de gestion des contacts.
Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement de travail extrêmement rapide et en
constante évolution.
Vous pouvez suivre le rythme d’une équipe très motivée dans un marché qui croît
extrêmement rapidement.
Tu es extrêmement organisée.
Vous pouvez jongler avec beaucoup de choses en même temps sans rien laisser
tomber.
Tu es un penseur stratégique.

Une expérience préalable en intégration de données, bases de données, ETL ou
technologies d’intelligence d’affaires est un plus, mais pas obligatoire.
Veuillez noter que la rémunération de base + la commission non plafonnée ci-
dessous n’inclut pas la valeur RSU.
Ce poste est admissible au plan d’incitatifs de Fivetran, et il est courant que les
employés occupant ce poste atteignent les revenus totaux correspondants.
Bilingue en français et en anglais
- Anglais (niveau professionnel) requis en raison de la nature du poste : interactions régulières (écrites et orales) avec des clients/prospects situés hors Québec, ainsi que la rédaction de courriels et propositions en anglais.
About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive will drive towards aggressive new customer and partner revenue goals, while growing our footprint in the Enterprise market.
This is a full-time, remote position and must be based out of Quebec, Canada.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals.
Accelerate the growth & adoption of Fivetran in the Enterprise Market through value-driven sales cycles.
Lead in-depth discovery and demonstrate a deep interest in our Enterprise customers’ data challenges, identify required capabilities and positive business outcomes to drive towards valuable long term customer engagements.
Speak comfortably about Fivetran’s vision to a broad range of audiences from C-level executives to individual contributors.
Seek out and land deals with new Enterprise target accounts, then look to grow their footprint with Fivetran through new use cases, cross-sells and expansion.
Build strategic relationships with partners in order to identify new opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.
Forecast accurately and provide clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing and progressing opportunities.
Skills We’re Looking For
8+ years of large enterprise software sales experience and well-developed pattern recognition for navigating complex organizations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to hold multiple stakeholders accountable throughout a complex value-driven sales cycle.
In-depth familiarity with the modern data technology industry and key players.
You are familiar with a solution-based approach to selling, have experience managing a complex sales process and possess excellent presentation and listening skills, organization and contact management capabilities.
You thrive in an extremely fast-paced, ever changing work environment.
You’re able to keep up with a highly motivated team in a market that is growing extremely fast.
You are extremely organized.

Bi-lingual in French and English
