Level 3 Business Analyst for Military

Explore a key role as a Level 3 Business Analyst supporting the Military Personnel Management System with Café. Collaborate to enhance integration and modernization of personnel functions. You will facilitate the mapping of the Military Personnel Management System capabilities while documenting current and future processes. This position focuses on analyzing requirements, optimizing workflows, and contributing to the enterprise capability definition. Your work will align with the CAF's modernization initiative, ensuring a coherent, data-driven personnel operation. Key Responsibilities:
- Map end-to-end workflows for Military Personnel functions
- Document current (As-Is) and future (To-Be) processes
- Analyze functional and data-driven requirements
- Develop acceptance criteria with stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for process optimization
- Level 3 Business Analyst experience in large organizations
- Proficient in business process modeling techniques
- Knowledge of data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and ERP systems
- English proficiency at CCC level
