- Renegotiate vendor contracts to meet cost-discipline targets
- Identify and resolve operational issues proactively
- Minimum five years in luxury hospitality or residential management
- Experience overseeing teams of ten or more
- Accountability for performance management and scheduling
- Proficient in AI tools and property automation technologies
- Fluent in English; additional languages preferred
