Senior Financial Business Analyst Healthcare

Senior Financial Business Analyst roles at Humber River Health combine financial analysis, program performance, and flexible work location options in Toronto.As a full-time Senior Financial Business Analyst, you will support Analytics and Business Insight at a fully digital hospital. The position focuses on financial processes, healthcare performance, business cases, reporting requirements, and decision support. You will report to the Manager, Case Costing and Utilization.Key Responsibilities:
Support annual budgets, forecasts, monthly reporting, and variance analysisEvaluate department-level financial and statistical performance monthlyDevelop business cases with program stakeholdersAnalyze financial and clinical information for decision-makingDevelop annual planning submissions for Ministry approval processesRequirements:
University degree in accounting, economics, business, or health administrationMinimum five years of related healthcare experienceExpert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and modern business intelligence toolsStrong quantitative, qualitative, communication, and interpersonal skillsCPA or master’s designation preferredApply financial planning, healthcare analytics, and performance insight to support compassionate care at Humber River Health.
