The ideal candidate is driven by a passion for advancing student success and community impact. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the organization’s strategic operations and priorities
- Develop partnerships with education, government, and business leaders
- Oversee fundraising and communication strategies
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
- Foster a culture of inclusion and collaboration
- Extensive experience in leadership and strategic environments
- Strong understanding of fundraising and governance
- A graduate degree in a relevant field preferred
- Bilingual in English and French required
- Demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusivity
