Senior Cybersecurity Innovation Advisor

As a senior specialist, you will transform Information Security Operations Centre operations through generative artificial intelligence, automation, and agentic solutions. The mandate focuses on identifying opportunities, testing solutions, and helping teams adopt practices that improve efficiency, resilience, and maturity. You will also coordinate initiatives and measure their value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify cybersecurity operations use cases for artificial intelligence and automation
- Pilot continuous improvement across processes, tools, and practices
- Coordinate proofs of concept and implementation projects
- Support teams adopting artificial intelligence technologies and practices
- Monitor indicators measuring initiative value, performance, and adoption
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, cybersecurity, engineering, or related discipline
- Significant experience delivering complex improvement or innovation initiatives
- Experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or related technology
- In-depth knowledge of generative artificial intelligence and agentic solutions
- Project management, workshop leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills
