We seek a results-oriented leader with a strong retail operations background and a minimum of 12 years of experience. You will operationalize business strategies, develop franchise and third-party relationships, and lead teams to achieve sustainable results. Your expertise will guide innovation and customer-focused practices within our organization.
Key Responsibilities: - Operationalize business strategy for profitable growth - Drive innovation in retail offerings and customer experiences - Build and lead teams to meet financial targets - Manage franchisee relationships and contracts - Oversee workforce planning and development
Requirements: - Minimum of 12 years in retail operations management - Strong knowledge of Profit & Loss and store standards - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excellent relationship-building skills - Confidence in decision-making and strategic thinking
