As the Director of Customer Success, you will manage a team ensuring that customers feel valued and informed as they transition to sustainable energy solutions. Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer interaction and reduce cancellation rates. Expertise in high-volume service environments will be crucial for scaling and maintaining service standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Customer Success team
- Manage post-sale cancellations and develop save strategies
- Establish and uphold customer experience standards
- Facilitate customer readiness for installations
- Monitor customer satisfaction and drive review generation
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 7+ years in customer success, including 3+ years in leadership
- Proven success in retention and satisfaction metrics
- Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot
- Strong analytical and process-building skills
