As a permanent full-time opportunity, you will oversee project management within the Engineering Services department. This role emphasizes mentorship and strategic leadership, ensuring alignment with the County’s long-term asset management plans. You will develop and manage engineering capital programs to ensure effective service delivery and foster a culture of safety throughout all project activities.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead strategic engineering project management functions • Supervise and mentor technical teams within the department • Oversee safety protocols on all project activities • Provide guidance for capital plans and master servicing plans • Ensure effective project execution for long-term plans

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field • P. Eng designation with APEGA • 8-10 years of capital project expertise • Proven supervisory and leadership skills • Valid class 5 driver’s license and satisfactory criminal record check
