It Infrastructure Transition Project Manager

Lead infrastructure transitions and SharePoint migrations as an experienced IT Project Manager working on-site in Brampton, Ontario throughout the engagement. Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders across complex enterprise initiatives.This IT Project Manager will manage projects from initiation through support transition and closure. Key work includes infrastructure transition, SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online migration, and Google Roads Management Insights delivery. Success requires governance, risk control, clear documentation, and minimal operational disruption.Key Responsibilities:
Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and acceptance criteriaLead infrastructure discovery, readiness assessments, transition planning, and stabilizationCoordinate SharePoint migration waves, testing, validation, and cutoverMaintain risks, issues, decisions, changes, and status reportingFacilitate technical sessions, stakeholder meetings, and leadership updatesRequirements:
Experience managing enterprise infrastructure transitions and migration projectsExperience coordinating technical teams and external service providersSharePoint migration experience, preferably SharePoint 2013 to OnlineKnowledge of infrastructure, networking, identity, cloud, and application dependenciesStrong planning, budgeting, risk, change-control, and communication skillsApply your infrastructure transition, SharePoint migration, and enterprise governance expertise to deliver controlled IT project outcomes in Brampton.
