This Consultant role focuses on implementing and enhancing the Dayforce reporting functionalities. You will partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into effective reporting solutions. Your contributions will help drive business operations and decision-making during an enterprise-wide HR system overhaul. Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain Dayforce reports across multiple HR modules
• Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders
• Develop standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards
• Validate and test data accuracy in reports
• Identify improvements for reporting efficiency and user experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1-2+ years in HRIS/HCM systems or reporting environments
• Experience with Dayforce reporting preferred
• Strong communication and translation skills
