Senior Cloud Api Integration Engineer

Build cloud-native APIs and enterprise integrations with Manulife in hybrid Toronto, combining RESTful services, Azure, and Kubernetes engineering. Support secure modernization.As a Senior Cloud Engineer, you will develop APIs, web services, and integration solutions across enterprise platforms. You will design cloud-native applications and infrastructure while maintaining secure, operationally aligned environments. Your toolkit includes Azure Kubernetes Service, Terraform, messaging, event streaming, and databases.Key Responsibilities:
Develop RESTful APIs and web services across enterprise platformsIntegrate solutions across cloud and enterprise environmentsDesign cloud-native applications and infrastructure solutionsSupport deployments, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous integrationCollaborate with cross-functional Agile engineering teamsRequirements:
Hands-on RESTful API and web service integration experienceStrong Microsoft Azure, Kubernetes AKS, and Terraform experienceFamiliarity with API Gateways and messaging technologiesKnowledge of event streaming, distributed tracing, SQL, and document databasesStrong stakeholder communication across technical and business teamsUse cloud API integration, Azure, Kubernetes, and enterprise platform expertise to advance secure modernization as Manulife’s Senior Cloud Engineer.
