Technical Leader in Manufacturing Engineering

Elevate your career as a Technical Leader in Manufacturing Engineering, focusing on innovative solutions for existing products. This role emphasizes leadership while driving performance and reliability enhancements. In this position, you will spearhead initiatives that focus on cost reduction and manufacturing effectiveness. The role requires a keen understanding of engineering impacts on product quality, as well as comprehensive project management skills. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to strategic decisions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:

Lead efforts to enhance product performance and reduce costs
Implement engineering solutions with a strong ROI focus
Analyze performance data for continuous improvement
Support Lean processes and documentation management
Mentor junior staff in engineering best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
More than 10 years of manufacturing experience
Bilingual proficiency in French and English
Proficient in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks
Expertise in Lean methodology and root cause analysis
