- Provide timely legal advice on corporate and regulatory concerns
- Assist in managing legal risks with business partners
- Develop effective strategies in legal collaboration
- Conduct research and resolve legal issues
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders effectively
- Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LLB)
- Minimum of 7 years of legal practice in Ontario
- Status as a member of the Law Society of Ontario
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
