Work site environment: Noisy, Dusty, Odours, Dangerous, Hot Work setting, Urban area at plastic products manufacturers

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, co‑coordinate and schedule activities of production workers who operate processing machines and who fabricate, assemble, finish or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and co‑coordinate work activities with other work units
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production and other reports
  • Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Set up machines and equipment
  • Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Supervision Plastic products assemblers, finishers and inspectors
  • Plastics processing machine operators

  • Transportation/travel information Public transportation is available
