Senior Hpc Linux Devops Engineer

Support Solidigm’s Vancouver datacenter as a Senior HPC Linux DevOps Engineer specializing in SLURM administration and infrastructure automation. This on-site contract-to-hire engagement serves HPC and EDA infrastructure.Working within the IT Datacenter organization, you will independently support Linux HPC environments with minimal ramp-up. The role combines SLURM workload management, Ansible automation, datacenter migrations, enterprise identity integration, and operational documentation. You will coordinate platform changes across EDA/SPE, storage, and IDAM teams.Key Responsibilities:
Administer SLURM-based HPC compute environments and configure partitionsExecute HPC and EDA compute and storage migrationsDevelop Ansible playbooks for Linux platform configurationIntegrate enterprise identity systems across Linux and HPC environmentsAuthor MOPs, runbooks, diagrams, and implementation guidesRequirements:
Five-plus years in DevOps, platform engineering, or Linux systems engineeringHands-on HPC cluster administration with SLURM or equivalentExperience supporting EDA or scientific computing environmentsStrong production-grade Ansible playbook and role developmentExperience planning infrastructure migrations with minimal disruptionBring senior Linux, SLURM, Ansible, identity, and migration expertise to Solidigm’s Vancouver HPC infrastructure team.
