Senior Data Scientist

7+ years of experience in data science, applied machine learning, predictive analytics, or a related field.Strong hands-on experience developing predictive models, forecasting solutions, and trend-analysis capabilities using real-world business data.Advanced Python and SQL skills.Strong knowledge of statistical modeling, machine learning, feature engineering, model validation, and experimentation techniques.Experience independently exploring complex datasets and determining the data sources and features needed to solve ambiguous business problems.Demonstrated ability to translate analytical findings into business recommendations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.Experience partnering across data engineering, analytics/BI, and business teams.Ability to operate independently and take ownership in an evolving environment where the data science function is still being built.Nice to Have Skills & Experience
