Lead Business Analyst Director at Gore Mutual

Drive business analytics initiatives as the Lead Business Analyst Director at Gore Mutual. Mentor a high-performing team and leverage analytics to enhance decision-making across the organization. In your pivotal role, oversee the delivery of high-quality data products, guiding business analysts in crafting strategic insights. Work with various departments, including finance and operations, to create data-driven solutions that provide a competitive edge. Collaborate with senior management to establish the vision and strategy for analytics across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive actionable business insights across multiple functions
- Develop and prioritize business cases for optimization
- Produce essential operational reports for executives
- Collaborate on the development of insightful dashboards
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making
- Undergraduate degree preferred in analytical fields
- At least 10 years of experience in insurance
- 3 years of leadership experience in analytics
- Strong experience with data visualization and reporting tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
