We're looking for a Building Custodian to join our team. This hands-on role includes cleaning, light maintenance, seasonal outdoor upkeep, and helping keep our office in excellent condition.
What you'll do
Office cleaning
Painting (interior, small exterior jobs)
Lawn care & flower bed maintenance
Assemble & move furniture
Monitor building systems (HVAC, elevator inspections, fire extinguishers)
Respond to everyday maintenance issues like leaks and repairs
Coordinate snow removal contractors when required
We're looking for someone who is
· Reliable and self-motivated
· Handy and enjoys problem-solving
· Organized and detail-oriented
· Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
