Join RAVL as an AI Engineering Lead, focusing on delivering innovative AI solutions to financial services clients. Your expertise will be key to turning ambitious AI projects into reality through effective engineering.
In this role, you will be responsible for creating secure, scalable AI applications that integrate seamlessly into enterprise platforms. Collaborating with clients and internal teams, you'll influence architectural decisions and mentor junior engineers, ensuring high standards of quality and effectiveness in all engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design AI systems that comply with financial regulations
• Build GCP architecture with resource management best practices
• Implement AI applications with strong testing and observability
• Lead discussions to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Mentor teams and contribute to RAVL’s AI strategy
Requirements:
• Proven experience in GCP architecture
• Proficiency in Python or TypeScript for application development
• Hands-on experience with AI and ML frameworks
• Ability to evaluate systems through structured analysis
• Experience navigating complex client environments
