Dispatcher I Day Shift

The Co-op Refinery Complex is hiring a Dispatcher I (Day Shift) on a permanent basis. This position requires on-site work and is based in Regina SK .

Shift: Average 37.3 hours per week over a 2-week period with alternating Monday or Friday off. 8.20 hour days.

What youll do:

You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our supply chain operations. Your primary duties will include:

• Operate and maintain Terminal Management System.
• Maintain operation of loading racks products and customers.
• Maintain rack and product information (products temperatures additive rates recipes etc.)
• Generate process and key truck and rail Bills of lading.
• Analyze and plan rail and truck loading.
• Forecast loading plan.
• Driver orientation and training.
• Performs data entry duties related as required.
• Maintain bill of lading printers.
• Confirm carrier freight from Bills of lading including truck and rail dispatch as required.
• Inventory management at corporate bulk plants; tracing and expediting of shipments.
• Telephone duties as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Team: You will work closely with the Petroleum Distribution team and will report into the Transportation Supervisor.

Who you are:

• Have a high school diploma plus business course which includes data entry training on comparable equipment or six months data entry experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
• Are eligible to enroll in CITT Level I certification.
