Your work spans rent rolls, operating expenses, discounted levered cash flows, budgets, forecasts, valuation, and strategic planning. Aventus Development Corp. develops modern communities across Ontario and Quebec.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor rent rolls, expenses, cash flows, budgets, and forecastsDevelop short-, medium-, and long-term asset strategiesBuild models supporting leasing, financing, investment, and development decisionsEvaluate lease economics and capital expendituresProvide recommendations on risks, gaps, opportunities, and performanceRequirements:
Five-plus years in real estate asset management or financeBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, Economics, or related fieldStrong financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis skillsAdvanced Excel and AI-enabled forecasting and reporting proficiencyCFA progress or designation, or MBA, is an assetApply real estate valuation, Excel modeling, and investor thinking to guide Aventus assets and strategic decisions.
