Water Wastewater Project Engineer

National Asset Mgmt Incorporated

Shape essential water and wastewater projects as an Operations Engineer supporting the City of Greater Sudbury's Linear Infrastructure Services.Based at Frobisher Depot in Greater Sudbury, this permanent position combines engineering design, project oversight, maintenance support, and operational improvement. You will contribute to municipal infrastructure planning while working with contractors, consultants, employees, and community stakeholders. Hybrid work is eligible.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare engineering designs, specifications, tenders, and cost estimatesAdminister contracts and oversee maintenance and operating projectsGuide infrastructure operation and maintenance activitiesEvaluate performance and recommend best-practice improvementsParticipate in supervision, hiring, and compliance activitiesRequirements:
Engineering degree from a recognized universityProfessional Engineer designation in OntarioThree years of related engineering experience minimumKnowledge of legislation, regulations, and engineering standardsMOE operator certifications considered an assetCombine water and wastewater knowledge with project leadership and communication skills to improve Greater Sudbury's municipal services.
