Senior Manager Fund Operations

Lead investment fund operations at Aviso Wealth, applying product expertise and project management across a broad Canadian investment platform. Support operational execution, governance, and improvement.As Senior Manager, Investment Fund Operations, you will support Aviso’s Asset Management Product team. Your work spans mutual funds, pooled funds, Exchange Traded Funds, High Interest Savings Accounts, and related products. You will combine operational leadership, risk management, and cross-functional project experience to strengthen product processes and initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Serve as operational subject matter expert for investment fund productsLead readiness for launches, mergers, terminations, and reorganizationsEnsure processes remain scalable, efficient, and well controlledIdentify operational risks and implement mitigation strategiesLead enterprise projects impacting investment productsRequirements:
Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or related disciplineEight or more years across asset or wealth managementFive years leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional projectsUnderstanding of Canadian investment funds and product structuresStrong project management, communication, and influencing skillsBring fund operations leadership, investment product knowledge, and strategic project expertise to Aviso Wealth’s Asset Management Product team.
