Full Time GI Endoscopy Technician

As a GI Endoscopy Technician I, you will directly care for patients, including obtaining vital signs and assisting during procedures. This role requires excellent customer service and proactive engagement, ensuring you maintain a clean work environment while actively participating in patient care. You will develop competencies for crucial diagnostic procedures, including High Level Disinfection, to support our healthcare team effectively. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare supplies and specialty equipment for procedures
• Assist physicians during procedures and clean the procedure room afterward
• Maintain supply stock during procedures for efficient operations
• Perform vital signs monitoring and document patient conditions
• Complete competencies for assigned diagnostic procedures

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Preferred: Medical Assistant, CNA, EMT, or LPN
• Two years of technical experience preferred
• BLS certification from AHA required
• Basic typing and PC experience required
