Director - Promotion and Communications

- Participate in developing and executing the business strategy for the Individual Insurance, Savings, and Retirement sector
- Lead go-to-market, promotion, and communication strategies for individual insurance, savings, and retirement products
- Guide delivery of differentiated campaigns tailored to target audiences, market competition, and partner needs
- Monitor market trends and competitive positioning
- Define marketing and communication budgets and manage budget tracking
- Act as strategic advisor and business partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Lead, coach, and engage approximately 20 employees to deliver initiatives and achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Strong strategic thinking and political acumen
- Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize effectively, and lead multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Exceptional leadership, autonomy, and organizational skills
- Ability to advise senior leadership teams and influence key stakeholders
- Over 15 years of experience in marketing and corporate communications
- At least 5 years of experience leading teams
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Advanced level of French
- Intermediate level of EnglishAbility to communicate, advise, and coordinate with partners, internal clients, and teams located across Canada
