Media Operations Support Lead Engineer

Support broadcast scheduling operations remotely in Canada with mandatory WHATSOn or IBMS experience. Lead analysts through structured service desk and ticket resolution workflows.
This Support Lead role sits within Media Operations at Nagarro and requires at least 10 years of experience. You will lead Application Support Analysts while working with Windows, relational databases, SQL, and Oracle PL*SQL. Service desk experience, ticket management software, process documentation, and strong analytical communication skills are central to the work. Experience in the media industry and enterprise reporting environments is valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Application Support Analysts across support activities
- Manage service desk and IT ticket resolution workflows
- Use ServiceNow, Jira, or comparable ticket tools
- Create process documentation with PowerPoint and Visio
- Apply detailed analytical and organizational judgment
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Mandatory WHATSOn, IBMS, or distribution software experience
- Knowledge of MediaGenix scheduling platforms
- Strong written, verbal, facilitation, and organizational skills
- Ability to learn new skills and concepts quickly
Use broadcast scheduling knowledge and support leadership to strengthen Media Operations service delivery from Canada.
