Blackstone Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. is expanding its brokerage team in Calgary and is seeking up to three commercial real estate professionals to join a dynamic, entrepreneurial platform.
Based in downtown Calgary, Blackstone is a full-service regional commercial real estate company providing brokerage, property management, construction, and consulting services. We specialize in office, retail, industrial, and investment properties. Through our affiliated asset management platform, we support the leasing and management of approximately 40 properties across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and British Columbia — representing approximately 1 million rentable square feet of retail, office, and industrial assets across Western Canada.
We are currently hiring brokerage professionals across retail, industrial, and office . Candidates may specialize in one asset class or work across a combination of sectors.
Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Associate role based in downtown Calgary. This position offers the opportunity to grow your business through access to active assignments, institutional-quality assets, and an established regional platform.
As a Sales Associate, you will
• Lease, market, and transact commercial properties across Calgary and regional Western Canadian markets
• Work with active listings from Blackstone’s managed portfolio
• Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing office, retail, industrial, and investment properties
• Conduct market research, analysis, and prepare marketing materials and proposals
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and industry partners
• Coordinate property tours, negotiations, and transaction processes
• Collaborate closely with the brokerage team to achieve sales objectives and deliver strong client outcomes
• Support regional markets including Red Deer, Okotoks, Strathmore, Grande Prairie, and Saskatoon
We’re looking for professionals who bring
• A valid commercial real estate licence (or willingness to obtain one)
• Relevant leasing or brokerage experience in retail, office, and/or industrial properties
• Strong market knowledge, business development capability, and client-facing experience
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to conduct market research, prepare marketing materials, and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools is an asset
• Post-secondary education in business, real estate, or a related discipline is preferred
• A valid driver’s licence and authorization to work full-time in Canada
