Data Tester with ETL Focus

Iris Software Inc.

Drive data quality as a Data Tester specializing in ETL processes. This hybrid role involves strong SQL and requires expertise in designing and executing effective test cases. In this position, your extensive experience (8+ years) in ETL testing will be critical to validate data accuracy within a fast-paced financial services sector. You will engage with various stakeholders, including data analysts and developers, to fully understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of high-quality testing results. Your role includes identifying and resolving issues through root cause analysis in an Agile setting. Key Responsibilities:

Execute test cases and validate ETL processes
Use SQL for thorough data validation
Maintain documentation in JIRA and HP ALM tools
Collaborate on requirements with team members
Analyze and report defects in testing outcomes

Requirements:

8+ years of data testing and ETL experience
Strong SQL skills required; ETL tool knowledge essential
Experience with JIRA and HP ALM testing software
Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
Agile methodology experience with analytical mindset
