Lead project controls planning, cost management, scheduling, and earned value management at AtkinsRéalis across assigned projects or portfolios. Deliver accurate performance insight for effective decisions.As Project Controls Manager, you will establish standards, govern reporting, and coordinate controls activities across complex projects, programs, or portfolios. The work combines forecasting, change control, EVMS, performance analysis, and stakeholder coordination. You will also guide Project Controls Specialists and maintain interfaces across delivery teams.Key Responsibilities:
Develop project controls processes, templates, standards, and reporting requirementsLead cost, schedule, forecasting, change control, and EVMS activitiesPrepare dashboards, forecasts, reports, and executive summariesAnalyze variance, risk, and forecast data for corrective actionsManage specialists’ priorities, workload, guidance, and deliveryRequirements:
Degree or diploma in a related discipline12+ years’ project controls, cost, scheduling, or program experienceExperience managing complex projects, programs, or portfoliosAdvanced knowledge of EVMS, forecasting, risk, and performance reportingProficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP, Excel, and Power BIApply project controls leadership, EVMS expertise, and performance analysis to support AtkinsRéalis project delivery and governance.
