Nanny Wanted - Experienced Mother’s Helper / Family Assistant Needed Part Time In Edmonton, Alberta - Earn $17 Per Hour!

We are seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive Mother’s Helper to support our family in a hands-on role while a parent is home. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, helping maintain an organized household, and taking initiative with daily family tasks. The primary focus of this role is assisting with our infant’s care and helping keep the household running smoothly throughout the day. This a part-time position with a monthly schedule as follows: Week 1: 3 days a week 8-11am Week 2: 2 days a week 8-11am Week 3: 3 days a week 8-11am Week 4: 2 days a week 8-11am I’m offering 17$ an hour, with ability in the future to switch to full time when our circumstances changes (pregnancy/2 children). We are located in central Edmonton. Responsibilities: Childcare Support

• Assist with age-appropriate play, engagement, and parent assisted supervision of our baby.
• Prepare and serve breakfast, snacks, and meals for the baby.
• Wash and sanitize feeding supplies, and baby dishes.
• Clean the highchair and eating area after meals.
• Help maintain organization of toys, nursery items, and baby-related supplies.

Household Assistance

• Perform light housekeeping duties during naps or independent playtime, including:
• Tidying common areas
• Loading and unloading the dishwasher
• Wiping kitchen counters and surfaces
• Folding and putting away laundry
• Emptying household garbage and recycling
• General household organization
• Assist with family meal preparation and basic cooking.
• Wash, chop, and prepare ingredients for family meals.
• Grocery organization and pantry upkeep as needed.

Pet Care * Take our friendly family dog for walks occasionally Ideal Candidate

• Experience playing with infants or young children.
• Comfortable working alongside a parent who is home.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to identify tasks that need attention.
• Comfortable with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and nurturing.
• CPR/First Aid certification is considered an asset.
