Job Responsibility:

We are currently seeking Farm Labourers to join our operations on an off-grid property near McBride, BC. As a Farm Labourer, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks that ensure the effective and efficient improvement of this unique property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with construction and carpentry projects.
- Operate and maintain farm equipment as required.
- Assist with general clean-up of fencing, fields and outbuildings.
- Work with team members to ensure tasks are completed within timelines and to specifications.
- Perform general farm maintenance and upkeep of facilities.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
- Report any issues or incidents to the supervisory staff or property owner promptly.
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in farming or agricultural roles is preferred.
- Ability to perform hard physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Familiarity with operating farm machinery is an asset.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver's license is required.
Benefits
This temporary position pays $300 per day, based on a 10-hour shift, dependent upon experience.
Room and board will be provided on site.
