Your responsibilities as a (Senior) Management/Business Consultant

Business & Industry Research

• Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies to support client strategies.

Problem Structuring & Hypothesis Development

• Break down complex client challenges into manageable components.

• Develop and test hypotheses to solve clients’ most pressing business problems.

Applying Conceptual Frameworks

• Use structured problem-solving approaches and consulting frameworks to create clarity and actionable insights.

• Translate abstract concepts into practical solutions with measurable impact.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to validate hypotheses and support recommendations.

• Synthesize findings into clear, compelling presentations for clients.

Client Interaction & Delivery

• Facilitate workshops and discussions with senior stakeholders.

• Develop high-quality client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and implementation roadmaps.

Collaboration & Knowledge Building

• Work closely with project teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.

• Contribute to internal knowledge development and thought leadership initiatives.

• Education: A completed university degree, as we believe it strengthens your ability to think critically.

• Professional Experience: Internship or Working Student experience in consulting and relevant industries during studying time

• Language Skills: Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level).*
